How to convert a Vegetarian (or Vegan) meal to an Omnivore meal to satisfy both while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Example recipe:

Stuffed Cabbage (Vegan)






2 Cabbage Heads
2 Cups Jasmine Rice, Rinse | Soak 
½ Red Onion, Finely Chop ½ White Onion, Sliced
2 Large Tomatoes, 1 Tomato Finely Chopped 1 Tomato Slice Round
½ Tspn Dried Oregano ½ Cup of EVOO
4 Tbsp Butter or Margarine 

6 Cloves of Garlic, Roasted
1 Tspn Salt

1 Tspn Pepper
2-3 Cups of Water (Or Vegetable Broth, low sodium)

Fresh Herb Bunch, Chopped Mint and Basil (You can substitute the herbs for parsley or use any/all of the three herbs)

Stuffed Cabbage w Ground Lamb (Omnivore)

½ Lb of Ground Lamb 
½ Tspn of Nutmeg (Add to Ground Lamb)
4-6 Lamb Chops (Add Salt & Pepper on both sides)
2 Cabbage Heads
½ Red Onion, Finely Chop
½ White Onion, Finely Chop
6 Garlic, Roasted
2 Cups Jasmine Rice, Rinse |Soak 
2 Large Tomatoes  
½ Tspn Dried Oregano
½ Cup of EVOO
4 Tbsp Butter
1 Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Pepper
2-3 Cups of Water
